How can I make a booking?

Booking Snowdon Lodge for your group is very straight forward. This is how our booking process works.

  1. If you have a date in mind that you would like to book, contact us in the first place so we can check availability.
  2. If the date is available and you have decided which Rental Package you need for your group, we will issue a booking form for you. We ask you to complete the booking form and return it to us together with your deposit of £400 within 7 days. Please note your deposit is non-refundable/non-transferrable. Once we have your deposit and your completed form, your dates are secured and taken off the market for other groups. Please note we require both, the deposit and the booking form to advance your “enquiry” to “booking” stage.
  3. Your balance payment including your damage bond becomes due 2 months prior to your arrival date. We normally send a courtesy e-mail reminder approximately 1 week before your payment is due. Once we have received the balance payment your booking is completed and you are ready to go.
     
  4. Approximately 1 week before your arrival you will receive an e-mail from us with check-in details for your stay.
  5. Within 7 days of your check-out, your damage bond will be refunded to you, subject to T&Cs.
